CAR is releasing the 65 new or updated forms on December 14th and the RPA (Residential Purchase Agreement) is among those forms. With the new era of the buyer broker agreement laws CAR is doing what it can to continue the ongoing adjustments to streamline the Real Estate Purchase process. One of the major changes to the process is the elimination of the SPBB (Seller Payment to Buyer’s Broker)form as it is being incorporated into the RPA itself. Many forms are receiving updates.
